Introduction
1 – Definitions
Package – any service sold by YSC (e.g., All‑Inclusive Surf & Yoga Week, Day Pass, Private Lessons, Airport Transfers).
Local supplier – any third‑party providing part of the Package (e.g., transport, excursions, equipment hire).
Force Majeure – unforeseeable events beyond our control (see Section 14).
2 – Booking & Contract
- Deposit – A 15 % non‑refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your space.
- Confirmation – Your contract with YSC is formed only when we send a written booking confirmation by email.
- Group bookings – By booking on behalf of others, you accept these T&C on their behalf and must forward this document to them.
- Special requirements (dietary, medical, room preferences) must be declared during booking and reconfirmed at check‑in.
3 – Prices, Currencies & Payment
- Balance – The remaining 85 % is payable at check‑in.
- Cash: EUR (€) or MAD at YSC’s fixed on‑site rate (no fees).
- Card: Major credit/debit cards; 5 % processing fee applies.
- Security deposit – €60 per person (cash) is taken at check‑in against loss or damage (linen, towels, surf gear) and refunded at check‑out when items are returned in good condition.
- All prices are advertised in EUR; we reserve the right to quote and accept payment in other currencies where appropriate.
4 – Transfers
Surf‑camp Packages include one free pick‑up and drop‑off from Agadir Airport (AGA) or Agadir Main Bus Station if arrival details are provided at least 24 hours in advance. Our driver waits a maximum of 1 hour after scheduled arrival; delays must be reported promptly.
5 – Medical Conditions & Special Requirements
You must disclose any condition (e.g., pregnancy, disability, chronic illness) that could affect fitness to participate. YSC may refuse participation without refund if undisclosed conditions later appear.
6 – Packages & Inclusions
Photos and descriptions on our website are provided in good faith; exact accommodation or equipment models may vary while remaining equivalent in standard.
7 – Changes or Cancellations by the Client

All requests must be made in writing and are effective on the day YSC receives the email. Transaction fees (max 5 % + €5) are deducted from any cash refund.
8 – Changes or Cancellations by YSC
Minor schedule or room adjustments may occur with no compensation. If YSC must cancel an entire Package, you may choose one of the following:
- An equivalent Package on new dates,
- A cheaper Package plus refund of the difference, or
- A full refund of all monies paid (including deposit).
9 – Refund Policy
Refunds, when due, are processed within 14 days, minus transaction charges as outlined in Section 7. No refund is granted for unused services caused by illness, late arrival, poor surf/yoga conditions, or voluntary withdrawal.
10 – Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care, repatriation, cancellation, surfing, and yoga activities is mandatory. Proof may be requested at check‑in.
11 – Risk Acceptance & Client Responsibilities
Surfing, yoga, and outdoor excursions involve inherent risks. By joining, you confirm you can swim, are in suitable health, and accept those risks. You must follow staff instructions; reckless behaviour may result in exclusion without refund.
12 – Equipment
YSC provides surfboards, wetsuits, and yoga mats for Package guests. Deliberate or negligent damage will be charged at repair or replacement cost.
13 – Optional Activities & Excursions
Optional add‑ons (e.g., sand‑boarding, hammam, desert trips) are operated by independent providers under their own terms. YSC accepts no liability for their acts or omissions.
14 – Force Majeure
We are not liable for loss, delay, or cancellation caused by events such as war, strikes, epidemics, extreme weather, natural disasters, or any circumstance beyond our control. Where safe and feasible, we will seek suitable alternatives.
15 – Lost Property
YSC is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings on our premises or vehicles. Use of lockers and room safes is recommended.
16 – Complaints
Issues must be reported to our reception team immediately so we can attempt to resolve them on the spot. Written complaints received more than 30 days after check‑out will not be considered.
17 – Images & Marketing
Unless you notify us in writing, you grant YSC the right to use photographs or videos featuring you for promotional purposes without compensation.
18 – Law & Jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by Moroccan law.
19 – Updates
YSC may amend these T&C at any time; the version posted on yogasurfcamp.com at the date of booking governs your contract.
Acceptance
Payment of your 15 % deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
